If you’re not happy with your products, we gladly offer a 90-day 100% Money Back Guarantee. Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned products, provided they are postmarked returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping and we recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed. Returns don't apply to our trial sizes only our full size products.

If your item was damaged in transit or you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving product(s) at email@example.com to alert us of product(s) with details of the product.
Proof of purchase, receipt or order number is needed to complete a claim.
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday except for holidays durning business hours. No packages will be dropped off over the weekend. Please not that processing time does not include the shipping timeframe. If you select an expedited shipping method, that time frame starts once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. All orders will ship 1-3 business days after fulfillment.
If your order is missing or lost please contact your mail carrier. Elaine Beauté is not responsible for stolen, missing or lost packages delivered by our mail carrier.
Promotional offers cannot be applied to previously placed orders or to orders placed after the expiration date of the offer. If you forget to use a promotional offer on an order changes cannot be made to your order. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
Returned Packages due to incorrect address
Please make sure when placing your order your address is correct. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
If a package is returned because an incorrect address was entered, we may attempt to reach you and obtain the correct address. You will be responsible for the reshipment fee of your item at the full rate of the carrier.
